The richest people I’ve met are the smartest

In fact many are seen as dumb because of this trope.

They’re the idiots who thought it was worth pushing and fighting until it meant something was finally built, not found.

And it always pays off

I honestly love your writing brother.

Besides the fact that I realized that my systems are not good enough yet, but are a work in progress that I need to progress much faster, I love your articles.

Keep it up!

Low-key, I'm already getting it done, bro. Let's get low-key lit, Rich! Lock the fuck in, bro!

The shift for me was realizing the effortless-looking people aren't working less. They built the thing once and now it works without them. Most of us are still trading hours for dollars and calling it discipline.

yep skill issue, trying to build that 100 reps run

One big takeaway from this article is personality LARPing ,I have not heard of that term before and I'm already loving it . I need to start roleplaying my dream self asap . Thanks for giving out so much value

The biggest limitation people face is not the difficulty of the goal, but the identity they protect while pursuing it. Most people set goals that match who they already are, not who they could become. A truly meaningful goal should force you to expand your skills, discipline, and perception of yourself. The point is not to believe something impossible without action - the point is to become the person capable of making it possible…

The part about being in the wrong vehicle really hit me. I’ve spent a lot of time thinking I just needed to work harder, when maybe the bigger question is whether what I’m working hard at can actually take me where I want to go.

The idea of reps creating data, data creating patterns, and patterns creating skill is something I’m going to be thinking about for a while. I’m realizing I don’t need to have everything figured out before I start. I need to start getting the reps. 🔥

I think there’s a trickier second half to this.

You need enough delusion to pursue something before the evidence is there, but you also need to know when reality is telling you to change your mind and trajectory.

That line between conviction and denial is probably where wisdom is.

“ you fall to the level of your systems “ James Clear ~ wow . I will own a business that helps people and make this my motto … frame it on my wall . always train up a community , or new team member , or those new to your niche to exceed what you have done .

They should outshine your achievements.

wealth is taking action on a skill you read about . from email courses , to getting rid of clutter ( this one is an actual $10 million dollar business … ‘ the clutter club ‘ ) i believe.

everyday people who build at scale , learn how to talk to their audience .

it is ‘ simple ‘ to make 6 figures .

I honestly have never done this ( but hope to thru focused writing / offers , tech consulting / coaching.

First .. see if someone will pay to have their problem solved by you. Then research this problem or add to existing tech or idea and build onto this .

create , rather than solely consume content .

I've been working on this with myself... Wild how deep limiting beliefs about money affect life.

Brian Bing's avatar

This is key … limiting beliefs. We don’t even try because we believe what we believe .

Maybe “delusional” is really just being willing to act before you have enough evidence to convince everyone else. The interesting part is what happens after that belief — when you actually start making decisions that match the future you say you want.
